I needed to make some manly type journals. I really like the way these turned out. I used various files from www.svgcuts.com. I will be bringing these journals to the Cancer Center to give to cancer patients.

Journals of Love for Cancer Patients

I am so excited to share this wonderful new with you all. I recently called my local cancer center to talk to them about donating journals to the cancer patients. They were so thrilled and thought this was a wonderful idea. I have a meeting with the doctor and the marketing team Thursday. I am busy making some journals and cards to bring with me. Here are two that I made tonight.

This first journal I used items that I received from various SWAPS I have been a part of in the past. I have a box full of my wonderful treasures from fellow crafters. I decided what better way to showcase their wonderful art. I am sooo sorry to the ones that made these embellishments I forgot to add you names with the pieces. If it is yours please let me know so I can give you the proper credit.

The hummingbird journal is made using various files from www.svgcuts.com. The hummingbird is a free svg file on their blog, www.svgcuts.com/blog.
The cute shaplies are from www.pennyduncancreations.blgospot.com

My Daughter’s Talent

I wanted to share with you the cutest box ever. My daughter LaiLynn made this box for me… She cut it all out my hand even the flower. She is soooo stinking talented. I also added a picture of her making it…

SWAPS I am a part of

I am a part of a few swaps this month….
The first one I am a part of is with my great friend Christel from Scrappin Sista. She has monthly swaps on her blog.
This month’s theme was Girly Embellishments.
I used the high shoe from SVG Cuts. It was a free download from their blog.

We had to make am embellishment,journal tag and ribbon. The partner that you are assigned let you know what they are looking for. My partner Amy need basketball elements for a 7 yr old boy.  This is what I came up with… All files used are from SVG Cuts Cuts.

Paper Playtime Challenge #48

Hello everyone.... I am so excited. It is time for another Challenge at Paper Playtime. The challenge is to make a Z fold card. Now I have to tell you this is my first time making one.... I really struggled.
